Scholars and Their Families Give Back

In 2011, a generous group of parents of Vanderburgh County recipients of the Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship (LECS) announced the establishment of the Legacy Scholarship Fund with the Vanderburgh Community Foundation. They believe that by joining together, they will be able to make a difference in someone's life in a way that they might not be able to do individually.

Our goal is to have every scholar, parent and grandparent give to the fund so that we can provide a yearly scholarship to a first-generation college student. Click here to contribute online.
