Date Set for 2010 Spirit of Giving Celebration
In recent years, the Vanderburgh Community Foundation has partnered with other local nonprofit organizations to host an annual celebratory event focused on the "Spirit of Giving." This year, we are partnering with the Carver Community Organization for a luncheon on Thursday, September 16, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the C.K. Newsome Center located at 100 East Walnut Street. Scholarships Awarded at Annual Banquet
The Vanderburgh Community Foundation hosted students and their families, along with scholarship founders, at an award banquet held at the Evansville Country Club on May 12. Fourteen students were named as Community Scholars and four students were named as Lilly Endowment Community Scholars.

On February 24, 2009, the Vanderburgh Community Foundation moved to Suite 220 of the Court Building at 123 N.W. Fourth Street. The Court Building is located at the intersection of 4th and Vine in downtown Evansville, across the street from the south side of the Old Courthouse. Stop in to see us!
